This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the All First Nations Awards 2026 website, including event tickets, table bookings, and merchandise.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not available for tickets or merchandise.

No Returns

Physical merchandise cannot be returned once dispatched.

Exchanges Permitted

Ticket exchanges to a different name are available before the deadline.

Transfer Allowed

You may transfer your ticket to another person before 1 August 2026.

All ticket purchases and merchandise orders are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts
  • Inability to attend the event
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with seating arrangements

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

While refunds are not available, we do permit ticket exchanges (name changes) under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted before 1 August 2026
  • The replacement attendee must provide their full name and contact details
  • Each ticket may only be exchanged once
  • Table bookings may exchange individual seats, subject to availability

To request a ticket exchange, please email admin@allfirstnations.com.au with the following information:

  • Your full name and order reference number
  • The full name and email of the replacement attendee
  • The ticket type being exchanged

Exchange requests are typically processed within 3โ€“5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange is complete.

In the unlikely event that the AFN Awards ceremony is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organisers:

  • Ticket holders will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event
  • If a rescheduled date is not suitable, a credit may be issued at the discretion of All First Nations
  • All First Nations reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, or venue

In cases of genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, bereavement), please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review each case individually and may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.
