By accessing or using the All First Nations Awards 2026 website, purchasing tickets, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase tickets.

“AFN” refers to All First Nations. “Event” refers to the All First Nations Awards 2026 ceremony on 11 September 2026. “Website” refers to allfirstnations.com.au and all associated pages. “Purchaser” refers to any person who buys tickets or merchandise. “Attendee” refers to any person attending the Event.

Tickets are subject to availability. AFN reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person. All ticket purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Tickets are non-transferable after the exchange deadline
  • Proof of identity may be required at the event
  • AFN reserves the right to refuse entry

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. AFN reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for tickets, table bookings, or merchandise. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.

Ticket exchanges (name changes) are permitted until 1 August 2026. Requests must be submitted via email to admin@allfirstnations.com.au. Each ticket may only be exchanged once.

All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. AFN reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive, offensive, or dangerous manner without refund. Please refer to our Code of Conduct.

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of All First Nations and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Personal information collected through the Website is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect information necessary to process orders, manage event attendance, and communicate with you about AFN activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All First Nations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, attendance at the Event, or purchase of tickets or merchandise.

AFN shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

AFN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
