  • Submit timesheets or activity logs as required

For location-based internships, additional scheduling requirements may apply based on event timelines and venue availability.

All interns are expected to deliver high-quality work and demonstrate strong professional ethics.

  • Complete all assigned tasks to the best of your ability and by agreed deadlines
  • Take initiative and seek additional responsibilities when appropriate
  • Ask questions when unsure — seeking clarification is encouraged
  • Maintain academic integrity and original work in all deliverables
  • Properly attribute any sources or references used in your work
  • Be open to feedback and use it constructively to improve
  • Respect intellectual property and do not share proprietary information

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed through a progressive disciplinary process:

  1. Verbal Warning — An informal discussion about the issue and expectations for improvement
  2. Written Warning — A formal written notice documenting the violation and required corrective action
  3. Final Warning — A final written notice with clear consequences if behaviour does not improve
  4. Termination — Immediate termination of the internship placement

Serious violations, including but not limited to harassment, theft, or breach of confidentiality, may result in immediate termination without prior warnings.
