All dollar amounts displayed on All First Nations – allfirstnations.com.au are shown, referenced and transacted are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Customer Service Policy
All First Nations is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will do our best to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order within Australia and 15-21 days for International delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
Returns Policy
Please review our Returns Policy in the FAQs which applies to products purchased from us. All First Nations will not provide a refund if the monies received is by way of a donation.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be used to purchase in the All First Nations online shop. When the item’s purchase price plus delivery is less than the gift certificate, the difference will remain ‘live’ on the gift certificate for future purchases within the gift certificates’ valid time frame. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Amounts shown on gift certificates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
